DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?

Yes. We are fully insured. We have full public liability insurance. If your venue would like a copy of this we would be happy to pop that across.

WHAT IS THE DEPOSIT AND WHEN IS THE FULL BALANCE DUE?

So your deposit is classed as a booking fee, it's non-refundable in the event of cancellation but does come off the price of the package chosen. 
The cost of the booking fee is £200 for just photography or just video and £300 for our combined package. Your date is not secure without a booking fee and a signed contract. The final balance is due 4 weeks prior to your wedding date and we tie this in with a meeting on the phone or in person to discuss all your final details.

WHAT IF YOU'RE ILL ON OUR BIG DAY? 

This has only ever happened once to me in the 15+ years I've been in the profession and that was in 2021 when I unfortunately contracted the dreaded covid, and the government made us isolate. Within 2 days, whilst very poorly I was able to cover both photography and videography for a wedding day and that's because thankfully I have a large network (over 900 members) of North West wedding photographer friends, some I work very closely with whom I can fall back on. 

SO, VIDEOGRAPHY SEEMS SO CHEAP. WHY IS THAT?

This is a question we are often asked, and we understand why! Seems too good to
be true?
Well, it's simply because we are already there! There are 2 of us that work on the day and whether that be photography, video, or a combination of both you are guaranteed to get the most out of your package because we are both able to cover everything needed.

 
HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL WE GET/HOW LONG WILL MY FILM BE? 

This is very much a how long is a piece of string question as it depends massively on what's happening on your day. We do not limit your photos or footage. 
Photos are an average of 700-1200 for a full day and film footage depends massively on how long your ceremony takes, the length of speeches, etc.... an average of this is around 35-70 minutes for your full film.

WHAT IF YOUR CAMERA FAILS?

I carry 4 cameras with me at all times, I have a backup in the boot of my car so if the worst should happen and a camera breaks. I can quickly access another so will never be without a camera on your big day.

DO YOU DO ALBUMS AND PRINTS? 

Yes, we offer albums and prints, prints are available to order directly through your gallery and albums can be ordered through me at any time, sometimes we have an offer where your album will be free, this will be included within your personalised quote. 

DO WE NEED TO FEED YOU AT OUR WEDDING?

No! you don't have to feed us. It's lovely to be offered a meal as it means it's one less thing to think about but we are just as happy to nip out for food whilst you and your guests eat.We. do have to specify that although we aim to be as quick as we can, we can't be held responsible for anything missed whilst we quickly pop out and it is your responsibility to make sure we are back before things proceed such as speeches..

HOW LONG WILL MY PHOTOS AND VIDEO TAKE TO COME BACK?

Our general timescale for photography is 4 weeks after your wedding date and the film is 8-12 weeks. These times can be subject to change in extremely busy periods but this is very rare.

HOW DO WE VIEW OUR PHOTOS?

You will receive an email containing a link and a personal password to our online wedding gallery. This will allow you to view all images from the day, as well as select those you would like for an album if purchased.

HOW DO WE VIEW OUR FILMS?

Once again you will receive a link with your films, these are personalised, fully downloadable and able to be streamed directly to your smart TV via our platform.


CAN WE GIVE YOU A LIST OF SHOTS WE WANT?

Yes of course! I don't need shots such as coming down the aisle or first kiss as these are a given, I will capture every aspect of your day as naturally as possible but you are welcome to give me a list of group shots and specific requests, this is done through our photography questionnaire that is received shortly before your big day. We also offer a meeting  4 weeks prior as its important to discuss exactly what YOU want from your photography and film.

CAN FAMILY AND FRIENDS VIEW OUR IMAGES?

All images are placed onto our password-protected site. If you give friends and family the password they can also view your images and buy any images that they’d like.

WHAT SHALL I DO IF IM READY TO BOOK?

Well, I would absolutely love to be your wedding photographer/Videographer so if you are ready to go ahead and book then all we need is a signed contract as well as a booking fee per service as stated above, this to secure the date, not forgetting all the important details of your amazing day.
